Sleep Stones are impregnated with pure Lavender essential oil. Place them in a basket or bowl in your bedroom and before resting give them a quick shake. This activates the aroma for the next few hours, aiding calm restful sleep. Dream Stones, scented with Patchouli and Jasmine, work in the same way.
